5 Contractual Engagements & PPA Terms
Formal project installations, commercial PPA tariffs, lease schedules, and EPC milestone deliverables are governed by separate, legally executed Master Service Agreements (MSA), Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), or Turnkey EPC Contracts signed directly between the parties. In case of any conflict between this website and executed contracts, the executed contract shall prevail.
6 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all proceedings.
